April 2010 NLS Registration Open
The Registration forms for the National Leadership Seminar being held at Camp Squanto in Plymouth, MA have been published. Copies have been sent to the Lodge & Section Key 3, as well as Council Scout Executives.
The seminar will take place at Camp Squanto in historic Plymouth, MA during the weekend of April 16-18, 2010. Make sure you submit your registrations early as these programs tend to fill up rather quickly.
Please note the new National address and phone numbers to send in the registration since the Northeast Region office has closed effective December 31, 2009 and these services are now being provided through our National BSA offices.
January, 2010 Region Update
Region Chairman Tom Bain recently published a region Update, including news which came out at the December, 2009 National Planning Meeting, and program updates for 2010.

Brian Ahrens Elected 2010 NER OA Chief
Early this week at the OA National Planning Meeting in Dallas, TX, Section NE-5A Chief Brian Aherns was elected by his fellow NER Section Chiefs to become the 2010 Region Chief.
Congratulations to Brian on his election!
