Since 1993, the National Leadership Seminar (NLS) has been incorporated as a part of the Order of the Arrow's training initiative. While the course has been modified several times (most recently in 2010), the seminar still serves to be the Order of the Arrow's premier training course.

"Be Prepared" for OA High Adventure! |

Every summer, hundreds of Arrowmen participate in the OA High Adventure (OAHA) programs. In the months and weeks leading up to their trips, many questions come up regarding gear and transportation. In order to help those lucky Arrowmen, the region news team has put together a list of helpful tips for those participating in OA High Adventure this summer.

Section Highlight: NE-5A and NE-6A |

Today, the all new Section Highlight news series will begin on northeast.oa-bsa.org! The Northeast Region News Team has been traveling around the region to introduce you to each section and its officers. First up, NE-5A and NE-6A!
Section NE-5A covers a large part of New Jersey, as well as Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Their seven Lodges are Arawak, Japeechen, Lenapehoking, Na Tsi Hi, Sakuwit, Woapalanne, and Yokahu. Section NE-6A covers parts of Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey, and it also is home to the Transatlantic Council Lodge (Black Eagle). Their five Lodges are Amangamek-Wipit, Black Eagle, Nentego, Nentico, and Te’kening. To read more about these sections, and their officers, click here... |

Northeast Region NOAC Patches Now Available |
|
In a few short months, Arrowmen from around the nation will descend on Michigan State University for the 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference. What better way to show off your Northeast Region pride than wearing the 2012 Northeast Region NOAC Patch! Orders can be placed by lodges and sections in the Northeast Region only in quanities of 10 or more. These patches will not be made available on the Northeast Region Trading Post for individual purchase. These patches are only available for purchase through your lodge or section. Put your Northeast Region pride on display at NOAC and show that East is Beast!
