This year has proven to be one of incredible excitement for myself and the Order of the Arrow as a whole. It has been a year of first for the Northeast Region and our organization as we began our first partnership with the National Park Service through the SummitCorps project and through the first annual Northeast Region Gathering of Leaders. Over the four weeks of SummitCorps Arrowmen built over 13.2 miles of mountain biking trail in the New River Gorge area of West Virginia as well as donating over 15,000 dollars to local charities.
