Scott is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Madockawanda Lodge of Pine Tree Council in Maine. His Scouting activity began in 1978 as a Cub Scout and continues as a Pack Trainer, Scoutmaster, Venture Crew Adviser, District Committee member and an Area 1 Committee member. As a youth member in the Order, he served on the Lodge Ceremonies Team, a Chapter Chief, Lodge Vice Chief, Lodge Chief, Section Vice Chief, and Section Chief. He attended NOACs in 1986, 1988,1990,1992, 1996, and 2012. Scott served as the Director of Campfires/Shows at the 1989 National OA Philmont Trek and has staffed several NLSs and SOSs. Scott is Madockawanda Lodge’s first Founder's Award recipient and is a recipient of the District Award of Merit and the National Distinguished Service Award. David is an Eagle Scout, and has received the Vigil Honor and Founder's Award from Tulpe Lodge, Annawon Council. As a youth, he served as Lodge Chief. As an adult he has served as Associate Section Adviser, Associate Lodge Adviser, District Committee and a member of the Area 1 Executive Committee. Bill is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member, and Founder’s Award recipient of Owaneco Lodge, Connecticut Yankee Council. He is on the Area 2 Committee, is Council Vice President for Membership, and serves on the National OA Subcommittee (Unit, Chapter, and Lodge Support) in the Inductions and Ceremonial Events area. Bill received the Distinguished Service Award in 2012. Bill is a past Lodge Adviser and served as a Lodge Chief and Section officer as a youth. He is a graduate of Fairfield University and resides in Trumbull, CT. Outside of scouting, he is involved in local politics and serves on the board of the Strike 3 Foundation, an organization that heightens awareness, mobilizes support, and raises funding for childhood cancer research. Jess is a Vigil Honor member and Founder's Award recipient of Ktemaque Lodge, Westchester-Putnam Council #388. He has been in the Scouting program for 39 years and in the Order of the Arrow for 32 years. Jess is a past Lodge Chief and has held various leadership positions and roles with his local Lodge, Council and Section throughout these years. He is the past Section Adviser for Section NE-7B (2008-2011) and the current Section Adviser for NE-2B (since 2011). In addition to his role on the new Area 2 Committee as Section Adviser, Jess has also developed the new Area 2 web site service as its web master as well as taking on other responsibilities on the Area Committee. Jess has worked on the National Events Finance Team at 13 National OA Events & Conferences as well as participating in 2 others and providing off-site support for 3 he was not able to personally attend. Professionally, Jess is the Director of Sales and Marketing / CTO for the FleetWeather Group of Companies, a NY based international private weather service and consulting firm. He resides in Northern Westchester County in NY with his lovely wife Teresa and 2 amazing daughters. Wayne is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Lowanne Nimat Lodge, Longhouse Council #373 from Upstate, New York. He is a recipient of the Founder’s Award, is a 40 year veteran of scouting, and has served the Order since his induction as a youth in 1977. In the Order since turning 21, Wayne’s local service has included Associate Section Adviser, Lodge Adviser, Associate Lodge Adviser, and multiple Lodge Committee and Officer Adviser Appointments. He served as the Lead Adviser for Health and Safety and the Medical Director for the 1998 NOAC and served on the support staff for multiple NOAC’s. As a youth Wayne served as Section Secretary, Chapter Chief, and Lodge Ceremonial Chair. He has served his Local Council’s Executive Board since the late 1990’s and has chaired several ad hoc committees. He represents the Order and also serves as a Council Liaison on the Area 3 Committee. Mike is an Eagle Scout, Founder's Award recipient and Vigil Honor member of Otahnagon Lodge, Baden-Powell Council #368, Binghamton, NY. He has served on staff for NLS and NLATS, as well as several National OA Events, receiving the Distinguished Service Award in 2000. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University and a Masters of Engineering degree from Cornell University. He is the EMS Chief of the Apalachin Fire District where he volunteers as a Paramedic. In Scouting, Mike is currently a member of the Council Executive Board and the Area 3 Committee. “Deac” as all of his Scouting friends know him is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Langundowi Lodge 46 in the French Creek Council #532. He has served as Lodge Adviser, is a Unit Commissioner, and currently the Council Camping Committee Chairman. Deac has attended the two Leadership Summits, 14 NOACs, and attended Lodge Adviser Training at Philmont Training Center, is a holder of the District Award of merit, and has been honored with the Silver Beaver. Residing in rural western Pennsylvania with his wife Darlene, they served on the staff of the 2010 Campaganza for NE Area 4. Craig is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor, Founder’s Award and Silver Chief recipient in Kuskitannee Lodge 168, Moraine Trails Council. He serves on the Area 4 Committee, the Council Executive Board and is the Camping Committee Chair. He is an assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 58, where both of his sons earned their Eagle Scout rank. He has been Lodge Adviser and Membership Chief Adviser. Craig has a Ph.D. in organic/organometallic chemistry from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is Senior Scientist at Pressure Chemical Co. Bryan is an Eagle Scout, recipient of the Founder’s Award and a Vigil member of Witauchsoman Lodge 44 of Minsi Trails Council. He started as a Cub Scout in 1976 and continued through scouting to become Assistant Scoutmaster and Committee Chairman of Troop 72 Fogelsville, PA. Troop 72 is one of a few remaining self-sponsored Troops in the Nation. He served as Minsi Trails Council’s Scoutmaster for JLT for 2 years. As a youth member in the Order, he served as lodge chairman of Brotherhood and Orientations from 1983 until 1990. As an adult in the Order he has advised Brotherhood and Orientations, Ceremonies, Service, Activities, Awards, Publications, Membership, Unit Elections, Web Page and Vigil Committees. In 1994, he was appointed as the first Wapagohkos Chapter Adviser, North Valley District and held that position until 1999. In 1999, he was appointed Lodge Adviser and held that position through 2004. He attended every NOAC from 1988 to present. As a youth member of the order he served as a two term Lodge Chief and a two term Section Chief. Brian's involvement as an adult leader includes Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Lodge Adviser and Associate Adviser positions. Brian has also served as Council Training Chairman and Course Director for the 21st Century Woodbadge Course. He has been recognized with the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver Award and was his council's recipient for scouting's 100th anniversary National Hall of Leadership Award. Professionally, Brian has been in the building materials industry for 30 years along with outside interests that include carpentry and his local fire department.
