Justin St. Louis | Section NE-1 | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Justin is an Eagle Scout from Troop 7 in Lowell, Massachusetts; a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient of Pennacook Lodge. Prior to his election as section chief, Justin served as lodge chief, section vice chief, and section secretary. He is currently involved as the Print Publications Lead on the National OA Communications Team, and as the Northeast Region Communications Team Coordinator. He attended the 2012 and 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conferences, along with NEXT: A New Century! Justin looks forward to staffing Operation Arrow at the 2017 National Scout Jamboree. Outside of scouting, he is a freshman at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he majors in political science. In his free time, Justin enjoys swimming, camping, and graphic design. Justin’s most memorable Scouting experience was his first National Order of the Arrow Conference in 2012. Andrew Work | Section NE-2A | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Andrew is an eagle scout, and a vigil honor member of Tschitani lodge. He has served 3 years as a lodge officer, including lodge vice chief and lodge chief. He has attended numerous national events during his time as a scout, the most recent being NOCA 2015 and NEXT. He attended and staffed the NYLT program, along with attending NLS training. Andrew spends his summers working at summer camp working at the program area where he is needed the most but his passion is shooting sports. When Andrew is not working on scout related activities he is in one of two places. At school, New England Institute of Technology, studying mechanical engineering, or helping a high school robotics team in Waterbury Connecticut. He teaches the high school students the principles of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. He says that the best part about working with the students and the scouts at summer camp, is that he gets to watch them develop their skills and grow as individuals as well as teaching them practical uses for the what they are learning in the schools.

Conor Lynch | Section NE-2B | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Conor Lynch is a Vigil Honor member of Buckskin Lodge and hails from Troop 6 in Glen Cove, NY. Conor has served Buckskin Lodge as the Matinecock Chapter Chief, Vice Lodge Chief of both Program and Administration, and the Banquet Chairman. Conor has attended OA Trail Crew at Philmont Scout Ranch and OA Canadian Odyssey at Northern Tier. He has participated in both the 2013 National Scout Jamboree and the 2015 NOAC. He also spends his summers working on summer camp staff at Onteora Scout Reservation. Outside of Scouting, Conor is an EMT with the Glen Cove Volunteer Emergency Medical Services Department. He also enjoys hunting, camping, and playing the bagpipes. Conor is attending St. John’s University as a Homeland Security major and is a member of the Red Storm Army ROTC Battalion. Zach is an Eagle Scout from Troop 333, a Vigil Honor member, and Founders Award recipient of Lowanne Nimat Lodge, in Syracuse, NY. Before elected Section Chief, Zach served as section vice-chief, the Centennial Conclave Coordinator, CVC, 2015 NOAC Chairman, Merchandise Chairman, member of the ceremonies team, NYLT patrol guide, and NYLT ASPL for two years. In his troop he has been a Patrol Leader for three years, a Quartermaster for two years, and OA Troop Rep for two years. He currently serves as NYLT Senior Patrol Leader, and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 333. He also has attended the NYLT Leadership Academy, NLS, NOAC 2015 National Council of Chiefs, and has represented his lodge the last two years at the Annual National Boy Scout Meeting. Outside of scouting Zach is a Junior at Cicero North Syracuse High School where he is a member of his school’s National Honor Society, Star Leadership program, and has been on the varsity swim team for 2 years. He will be attending Boy’s State this summer. Other interests are going camping and hunting with his friends and family, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and all other water activities. He also enjoys creating patches and merchandise for his lodge and council.

NE-3B 

Kent Boatman | Section NE-3B | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Kent is a sophomore at the State University of New York at Broome. He is a Brotherhood member, an Eagle Scout and is active in Troop 83 of Conklin, NY and Crew 12 of Chenango Bridge, NY. He has held a variety of leadership positions in Otahnagon Lodge, including: chapter chief, conclave vice chief, conclave coordinator and the vice chief of administration for two consecutive years. Kent has worked on summer camp staff for 3 years at Tuscarora Scout Reservation. Kent's interests outside of Scouting include music, mechanics, hanging out with friends and ultimate Frisbee with his Otahnagon brothers.

 

NE-4A

Noah McGovern is a freshman and Political Science major at Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA, and is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Wyona Lodge 18 in the Columbia Montour Council. He has held a variety of leadership positions in his lodge including Vice Chief, Lodge Chief, and Chairman of Ceremonies in the lodge. He has also worked at Camp Lavigne for 5 years as a staff member and Director of the Sports and First Year Camper program areas. Outside of scouting, Noah spends his time participating in the Division II Track & Field program at his school, and is an active member of the Global Honors Program. He spends his free time with friends, skiing, rock climbing, and hiking. Favorite Quote: “There will never be an excuse reasonable enough to not strive for a life of victory” -Edmond Mbiaka

Aaron Coffman | Section NE-4B | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Aaron is a Vigil Honor member of Wagion Lodge of Westmoreland Fayette Council. Prior to being elected section chief, he served his lodge as secretary and program vice chief. He also served as the section's secretary for two terms. He has earned all of the merit badges making him the 271st person to ever achieve this goal. He has reached the rank of Eagle Scout and received 4 palms. His greatest experiences in scouting were his OAHA trips. He has participated in both OAWV and OATC. He will be attending college in at Pennsylvania State for Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering. Outside of Scouting, he is a member of the Jacob Creek Watershed Association and volunteers a lot of his time working with them on litter clean ups along with volunteering to distribute food at a local food bank. His most memorable Scouting experience was his OAWV Trip at Northern Tier and his OATC Trek at Philmont. Favorite quote: “Those who chose you need you” - Allowat Sakima

Jeremy Bedient | Section NE-5 Chief Jeremy is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member, and Founder's Award recipient from Ajapeu Lodge 2. Prior to being elected section chief, Jeremy served as section secretary, lodge chief, lodge vice chief, and chapter chief. He is currently a member of the National and Northeast Region Communications Teams. During his time in Scouting, Jeremy has been to all four High Adventure bases, NEXT: A New Century, and served on the Operation Arrow Program Committee at the 2017 National Jamboree.Jeremy is a freshman at the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a major in Industrial Engineering. Outside of Scouting he enjoys playing frisbee, participating in student government, and volunteering with his local church. Jeremy's most memorable Scouting experience was snorkeling in the Florida Keys with the OAOA program at Sea Base. NE-6A 

Matt Parsons | Section NE-6A | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Matt is an Eagle Scout from Troop 382 in Dagsboro, Delaware and is a Brotherhood member of the Nentego Lodge. Matt has served in the past as his Lodge's Vice Chief of Program and Vice Chief of Inductions, as well as NE-6A’s Vice Chief. Outside of the OA Matt is involved in Sea Scout Ship 198 out of Lewes, Delaware and currently serves as the Ships Boatswains (a role equivalent to a troop's SPL). Matt recently graduated from Sussex Technical High School in Georgetown, Delaware and is attending Delaware Technical Community College to study Architectural Engineering. His most memorable scouting experience was his first summer camp at Horseshoe Scout Reservation.

Adam DiRocco | Section NE-6B | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Adam is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Sasquesahanough Lodge 11 in Mechanicsburg, PA. Prior to being elected section chief, Adam served as chapter chief, lodge vice chief, lodge communications chairman, and section vice chief. He has attended the 2015 NOAC, NEXT: A New Century, and the 2017 National Scout Jamboree as a member of the Operation Arrow staff. For the past five summers, he has served on camp staff at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation. Outside of Scouting, Adam is a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh Main Campus majoring in molecular biology with a minor in chemistry. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, strummin’ on his ukulele, and learning new languages. Adam’s most memorable Scouting experience was whitewater rafting at Ohiopyle with his home troop.
