Justin is an Eagle Scout from Troop 7 in Lowell, Massachusetts; a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient of Pennacook Lodge. Prior to his election as section chief, Justin served as lodge chief, section vice chief, and section secretary. He is currently involved as the Print Publications Lead on the National OA Communications Team, and as the Northeast Region Communications Team Coordinator. He attended the 2012 and 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conferences, along with NEXT: A New Century! Justin looks forward to staffing Operation Arrow at the 2017 National Scout Jamboree. Outside of scouting, he is a freshman at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he majors in political science. In his free time, Justin enjoys swimming, camping, and graphic design. Justin’s most memorable Scouting experience was his first National Order of the Arrow Conference in 2012.

Jon is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor and Founder’s Award recipient of Tshitani Lodge. Prior to his election as Section Chief he served as a section secretary, lodge chief, lodge secretary and chapter vice chief in addition to various other positions. He has taken part in numerous scouting related activities like the Jamborees in both 2010 and 2013. Being too young to staff either jamboree, Jon is excited to return in 2017 as part of the OA staff. He has also attended both the 2012 NOAC as a participant and 2015 as a staff member. He has taken part in Wilderness Voyage; one of the five premier high adventure programs offered by the Order of the Arrow. He looks back on his experiences at Northern Tier as eye opening and ones that will stay with him forever. Currently he is serving his fourth year on camp staff at June Norcross Webster Scout Reservation in Connecticut. Outside of scouting he is a graduate of Suffield High School and the Greater Hartford Academy of Math and Science. During his free time, Jon enjoys helping the school drama club, swimming and House of Cards. Later in life he hopes to be a stage manager for Cirque du Soleil. His most memorable Scouting adventure was his trip to Northern Tier with the OA Wilderness Voyage.

Liam is from Shinnecock Lodge, Suffolk County, NY. He’s currently a sophomore at Suffolk County Community College majoring in theater production. Liam is an Eagle Scout from Troop 1634, West Babylon. He is a Vigil Honor member and has also served as Secatogue’s chapter chief, Shinnecock Lodge Chief and section vice chief. Liam has also worked at the council’s traveling day camp. His interests outside of Scouting include djing, working on lights and sound for theater performances. His most memorable Scouting experience was when his troop went to Gettysburg. His younger cousin had just bridged over into the troop, it was great to see him experience Gettysburg and grow with the new independence of Scouting.

Forrest is an Eagle Scout from Seneca Waterways Council in Rochester, New York. He is a Vigil Honor member and Founder's Award recipient of Tschipey Achtu Lodge, where he served as lodge chief and Black Creek chapter chief. He is currently involved as the deputy communications coordinator on the National OA Communications Team, and is excited to be part of Operation Arrow in 2017. He has attended OA Trail Crew at Philmont, and served as staff at the 2015 NOAC. Outside of Scouting, he is a freshman at Georgetown University, where he attends the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. He is passionate about social justice, theatre, and plays percussion. In his free time, Forrest enjoys bicycle touring, reading, and The West Wing. Forrest’s most memorable Scouting experience was NOAC 2015.

Kent is a sophomore at the State University of New York at Broome. He is a Brotherhood member, an Eagle Scout and is active in Troop 83 of Conklin, NY and Crew 12 of Chenango Bridge, NY. He has held a variety of leadership positions in Otahnagon Lodge, including: chapter chief, conclave vice chief, conclave coordinator and the vice chief of administration for two consecutive years. Kent has worked on summer camp staff for 3 years at Tuscarora Scout Reservation. Kent's interests outside of Scouting include music, mechanics, hanging out with friends and ultimate Frisbee with his Otahnagon brothers. .

Aaron Coffman | Section NE-4B | This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Aaron is a Vigil Honor member of Wagion Lodge of Westmoreland Fayette Council. Prior to being elected section chief, he served his lodge as secretary and program vice chief. He also served as the section's secretary for two terms. He has earned all of the merit badges making him the 271st person to ever achieve this goal. He has reached the rank of Eagle Scout and received 4 palms. His greatest experiences in scouting were his OAHA trips. He has participated in both OAWV and OATC. He will be attending college in at Pennsylvania State for Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering. Outside of Scouting, he is a member of the Jacob Creek Watershed Association and volunteers a lot of his time working with them on litter clean ups along with volunteering to distribute food at a local food bank. His most memorable Scouting experience was his OAWV Trip at Northern Tier and his OATC Trek at Philmont.

Matt Henry | Section NE-5

Matt is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member from Witauchsoman Lodge in Minsi Trails Council. Matt has served as many positions in his lodge such as lodge activities chairman, lodge secretary, lodge 2nd vice chief and section vice chief. He is attending Lock Haven University for American history. Outside of Scouting, Matt participates in a number of activities including Odyssey of the Mind, speech and debate, mock trial and marching band.

Chris is an Eagle Scout from Troop 1410 in Fredericksburg, Virginia and a member of the Amangamek-Wipit Lodge. Chris has served in the past as a chapter chief, area vice chief, and NE-6A's social media chairman. Outside of scouting, Chris plays varsity lacrosse, football and soccer for his school. He volunteers with the Special Olympics, and enjoys traveling to new places. Chris is a senior at Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School and a member of many of its clubs. His most memorable Scouting experience was canoeing down the Shenandoah River on his first Scouting campout.

Nick is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Guneukitschik Lodge 317, out of Hagerstown, MD. Before being elected section chief, Nick served as the lodge chief for Gunuekitschik Lodge and he was the NE-6B #LEAD Chair. He has attended Florida Seabase, the 2013 National Jamboree, and the 2015 NOAC. He also was able to serve on Prism and NEXT staff in 2016. Nick is currently attending the University of Maryland Baltimore County where he majors in chemical engineering. Outside of Scouting, he enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends.
