Raymond Cheung

Born in Hong Kong, Raymond moved to the Boston area when he was six years old. He did not join Scouting until he was fourteen; once he joined, he quickly moved up the ranks and participated actively in the program. In May of 2008, Raymond was inducted into the Order of the Arrow as a member of Moswetuset Lodge #52. One year later, he sealed his membership in Brotherhood and became Lodge Chief shortly after. Tom Donlon

Tom is serving in his second term as chief of Section NE-2A. In the scouting world he's an Assistant Scoutmaster for his hometown troop and a lifeguard and merit badge counselor at the June Norcross Webster Scout Reservation in Ashford, Connecticut. In his free-time he enjoys camping, hiking, sailing, chess, flying stunt-kites, and playing the banjo. He loves listening to music, and likes to finding new artists to listen to. Michael Dioguardi

Michael Dioguardi is currently a student in his junior year at Molloy College, Rockville Centre, NY, where he is studying secondary/special education and the Spanish language. He spent his spring 2012 semester studying at the Universidad de León, Spain, to further hone his skills as a linguist. Michael is an Eagle Scout presently active in Crew 182 (Baldwin, NY) and is a vigil honor member and founders award recipient of Buckskin Lodge 412. He has served as Lodge Chief, Chapter Chief, Lodge Training Chairman, Services Chairman, Annual 5k Charity Run Coordinator, Summer Camp Coordinator, and a frequent ceremonialist. He has worked at his local council camp, Onteora Scout Reservation, in various positions over the past 5 years. Some of his interests include running collegiate cross country/track and field, playing various string instruments, collecting and listening to music, camping/hiking, traveling, reading prolific literature, studying Native American culture and dancing, and eating gratuitous amounts of Taco Bell. Kevin Montano

Kevin Montano is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of Ga-Hon-Ga Lodge. In the past Kevin has served as lodge chief, lodge secretary, and Section NE-3B vice chief. Kevin’s specialty is communications and he serves on the staff of the National Bulletin and the National Promotions Team. Kevin has attended and staffed the National Leadership Seminar. Most recently, he served on staff for the 2012 NOAC. Kevin attends Herkimer County Community College majoring in Communications Arts: New Media. Benjamin Dealy is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of the Woapeu Sisilija Lodge 343. Since Ben made it into the Order of the Arrow in 2008, he has held positions such as Chapter Chief, Vice Chief, Lodge Chief, and Section Vice Chief. Ben currently attends Marywood University in Scranton, PA. He is studying architecture which takes up most of his time. Tanner Lashinsky

Tanner is an Assistant scoutmaster in Troop 32 and a member of Allohak Menewi lodge #57 of the Laurel Highlands Council. Going into his 5th year as a member of the OA he has cheerfully served in many positions including program vice chief, administration vice chief, and section vice chief. Tanner has attended NLS, JYLT, 2010 jamboree and 2012 NOAC. Tanner who is in his senior year at Hollidaysburg Area High School and Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center is serving this year as the class president in his program at the GACTC. Currently, aside from Section Chief, he serves on the OA Communications Team as the Social Media Lead for Facebook. In the academic realm, Michael attends the University of Pennsylvania. Brandon is currently a sophomore at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA. He plans to have a wonderful year while serving as a returning Section Chief. Brant first joined the Order of the Arrow in 2006 at the age at 11. He is from Kittatinny Lodge 5 and took on various leadership positions within his lodge before being elected to Section Chief. He has always enjoyed meeting new people at his section's conclave and is very excited to be overseeing conclave this year.
