Michael is a certified public accountant and full time faculty member at Providence College. In his accounting practice, Michael provides accounting and tax services to small businesses and individuals. As an instructor of practice at PC, Michael teaches financial, managerial and cost accounting. He is also a past chairman of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and Warwick Rotarian as well as past and current member of various boards and organizations.

Bill is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member, and Founder's Award recipient of Owaneco Lodge, Connecticut Yankee Council. He is on the Area 2 Committee, is Council Vice President for Membership, and serves on the National OA Subcommittee (Unit, Chapter, and Lodge Support) in the Inductions and Ceremonial Events area. Bill received the Distinguished Service Award in 2012. Bill is a past Lodge Adviser and served as a Lodge Chief and Section officer as a youth. He is a graduate of Fairfield University and resides in Trumbull, CT. Outside of scouting, he is involved in local politics and serves on the board of the Strike 3 Foundation, an organization that heightens awareness, mobilizes support, and raises funding for childhood cancer research. Professionally, he is the Director of Information Technology for the Town of Trumbull.

Glenn is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honot member of Buckskin Lodge 412 of the Theodore Roosevelt Council. He has been involved in Scouting since 1966 and was inducted into the Order as a youth in 1974. Glenn served his lodge as Lodge Adviser from 2007 until 2012 when he was appointed Associate Section Adviser. In 2013, he was appointed Section Adviser. Outside of the Order, Glenn has served his council as a Scoutmaster, High Adventure Director, and Properties Chairmen. He is a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. Glenn is a retired New York City Police Officer and has been a volunteer fireman for over 30 years. He resides in Merrick with his wife Lisa and his two sons Glenn and Mike who are both Eagle Scouts and Vigil Honor Brothers. Glenn's hobbies include boating and backpacking.

Rick is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Tschipey Achtu Lodge, Seneca Waterways Council, of Rochester, New York. Rick started in Scouting in 1982 and in the Order in 1989. While a youth, Rick served as a ceremonialist, chapter chief and lodge chief. Rick served nine summers on summer camp staff during high school and college. As an adult, Rick has served the Order as conclave adviser, associate lodge adviser, section web adviser, associate section adviser and various other committee and officer adviser positions, before being appointed section adviser in 2015. Rick is active in his district as vice chair for communications and is a holder of the District Award of Merit. Rick also serves Scouting as scoutmaster in his Henrietta, NY troop. Outside of Scouting, Rick is a "problem captain" and judging official for the Odyssey of the Mind, an international educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college. Professionally, Rick oversees all voice and data communications systems at SUNY Geneseo. Rick holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo, a master's degree in business administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and is a recipient of the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Professional Service.

Chris is an Eagle Scout, Founder's Award recipient, Centurion and Vigil Honor member of Otahnagon Lodge, Baden-Powell Council, Binghamton, NY. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from LeMoyne College. He is the labor relations administrator for The Labor Alliance. In Scouting, Chris is currently a member of his council’s executive board.

"Deac" as all of his Scouting friends know him is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Langundowi Lodge 46 in the French Creek Council #532. He has served as Lodge Adviser, is a Unit Commissioner, and currently the Council Camping Committee Chairman. Deac has attended the two Leadership Summits, 14 NOACs, and attended Lodge Adviser Training at Philmont Training Center, is a holder of the District Award of merit, and has been honored with the Silver Beaver. Residing in rural western Pennsylvania with his wife Darlene, they served on the staff of the 2010 Campaganza for NE Area 4. When not Scouting this chemist can be found at work as owner and President of Analytical Testing Services, an independent petroleum-testing laboratory.

Craig is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor, Founder's Award and Silver Chief recipient in Kuskitannee Lodge 168, Moraine Trails Council. He serves on the Area 4 Committee, the Council Executive Board and is the Camping Committee Chair. He is an assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 58, where both of his sons earned their Eagle Scout rank. He has been Lodge Adviser and Membership Chief Adviser. Craig has a Ph.D. in organic/organometallic chemistry from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is Senior Scientist at Pressure Chemical Co. Apart from Scouting, his hobbies are a '67 Porsche 912, a motorcycle and metal sculpture. His wife is incredibly patient and understanding.

Jerry is a Vigil Honor member and Founder’s Award recipient, currently serving as the council commissioner of Monmouth Council #347.  He is a member of the Area 5 committee, and has served most recently as the Area 5 vice president for council operations.  He has served as the lodge adviser for Sakuwit Lodge 2, and was a chapter adviser and chapter vice chief in Shu Shu Gah Lodge.  He is a recipient of the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver, and Silver Antelope.  He is a James E. West Fellow, a Founder’s Circle member, and an OA Legacy Founding Fellow. A graduate of St. Joseph’s College, he holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  In 2003, he retired from the United States Army Reserve as a Major, Medical Service Corps after 31 years of service.  He has received two awards of the Meritorious Service Medal and the Presidential Unit Citation, and was named a Distinguished Member of the Army Medical Department Regiment upon retirement.  Professionally, he is a physician assistant at Princeton Orthopaedic Associates, specializing in spinal surgery and adult reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee.

Tony is an Eagle Scout and a member of Nentico Lodge 12 of the Baltimore Area Council. For the past 25 years, he has served in various lodeg executive committee positions including lodge chief and lodge adviser. Professionally, Tony coordinates Hubble Space Telescope observing programs and is involved in ground system development for the James Webb Space Telescope.

Brian is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of Sasquesahanough Lodge of the New Birth of Freedom Council, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania. As a youth member of the order he served as a two term Lodge Chief and a two term Section Chief. Brian's involvement as an adult leader includes Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Lodge Adviser and Associate Adviser positions. Brian has also served as Council Training Chairman and Course Director for the 21st Century Woodbadge Course. He has been recognized with the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver Award and was his council's recipient for scouting's 100th anniversary National Hall of Leadership Award. Professionally, Brian has been in the building materials industry for 30 years along with outside interests that include carpentry and his local fire department. He is married with two children, a daughter who is a math major and a son who is a Star Scout.
